Camping requests 2 weeks in advance w/pmt.
1st come based on availability See the forms for details.

Fee per night $10.00 members ~ $25.00 non-members.

 Special non-member show camping fee

 $15.00/night if you are showing your horse

Special Notice: Stalls by Reservation Only ~ Two weekends in July!

If you will be camping on the grounds on the weekends of July 16^th - 18^th and July 30^th -   Aug 1^st  The stalls will be on a reservation basis for $10.00 a day. This is for the two special trail events. The Versatility Trail Race and the ACTHA Trail Competition. If you need a stall during this time please reserve via the forms online. The ACTHA camping form can be used for the Versatility weekend. Just be sure to put a note on it. Many thanks!

 Important Rule *Proof of negative coggins and rabies certificate are needed to attend any 
and all ERR events including trail rides where ever they are held. It is also required 
to enter the show grounds for any reason or at any time

[between events or to camp].
