CAMPING RULES

The following rules have been adopted to help keep the grounds a safe, clean and friendly place for all members to enjoy!

Coggins & Rabies  are required  Please be aware we will be requiring all horses to show proof.  Copies should be mailed in advance
and originals shown on arrival [ before unloading.] Horses without the proper paperwork will NOT be allowed to stay at the event or trail ride so PLEASE BE PREPARED!

KEEP YOUR CAMPSITE CLEAN! Manure from paddocks needs to be deposited in the proper place. Paddocks must be cleaned regularly! All trash should be taken away when you leave. Between events please do not deposit trash in the large barrels on the show grounds!

 No cutting of trees or brush without prior approval of the grounds         committee.

  If you do not plan to use your site for any events please notify Bill at the numbers listed below or e-mail cnet@megalink.net the site will then be open for others for that event.

All paddocks must be fenced with either wide web fencing or 3/8” diameter rope, all in either white, orange or neon bright colors. All fencing and personal items must be removed by Oct. 31st. If not removed the committee will remove & dispose of, without restitution. $50.00 fine if you do not clean your site at year-end!

NO BICYCLES ARE ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS AT ANY TIME. That means on the campsites also. This is for the safety of the horses.

NO RIDING ON THE GROUNDS AFTER DARK. [Except night shows]

QUIET TIME 10:00PM.  All children should be on their own sites at this time. Please be considerate.

If you use a stall please be sure to clean it completely when you leave, including all hay. There are wheel barrels & manure forks available. Please dump in the manure pit! Stall privileges may be denied if this rule is not followed. No companion horses please. Horses being used in the event should have priority.

YOU MAY NOT LEAVE ANY HORSE ON THE GROUNDS WITHOUT AN ATTENDANT!
 
NO HORSES ALLOWED IN THE SAFETY FENCE AREA OR ARENA FOR TURN OUT.
Please be sure your horses are good in fencing or stalls, they must not be loose!

No electrical hookups. If you need water between events use the timer on the back of the food booth.
 
ABSOLUTELY NO DUMPING OF GRAY WATER OR SEWAGE. Any violation of this rule will result in loss of camping privileges.

 DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH At all times Tied or attached to a person! Please be considerate and clean up any Doggie Doo. This is NOT optional! If you are out riding dogs must be safely contained and QUIET.

No “Cowboy Antics” . . . for your own safety and the safety of others.

All campfires must be in a contained approved fireplace. If in question contact Bill Cole or Deb Cayer. If the fire danger is high, all fires will be banned. There will be a notice posted on the secretary’s booth. Be sure to check!

Children under 18 cannot camp or be left alone at any time. There must be a designated guardian and a liability waiver, signed by both the parent[s] and the person accepting responsibility. We have forms, click here! Children should be on their own sites by dark.

 Generators: Need to be quiet; anyone asked by another camper to shut off a generator must do so without question. Everyone’s level of noise acceptance is different. Please respect this request.

Campers must be settled onto their sites by 9:30 PM.

Seasonal camp site lessee must stay overnight on their sites a minimum of 6 times per season and are required to volunteer 16 hours of work for the club per adult member holding the site.
