CAMPING RULES
The
following rules have been adopted to help keep the grounds a safe,
Coggins
& Rabies
are required
and originals shown on arrival [ before unloading.] Horses without the proper
paperwork will NOT be allowed to stay at the event or trail ride so PLEASE
BE PREPARED!
By the night campers: Do NOT use anyone's private paddocks! Bring your own approved portable fencing & put it only where you are requested to by grounds management.
KEEP YOUR CAMPSITE CLEAN! Manure from paddocks needs to be deposited in the proper place. Paddocks must be cleaned regularly! All trash should be taken away when you leave. Between events please do not deposit trash in the large barrels on the show grounds! No
cutting of trees or brush without prior approval of the
grounds committee.
All paddocks must be fenced with either wide web fencing or 3/8” diameter
rope, all in either white, orange or neon bright colors. All fencing and
personal items must be removed by Oct. 31st. If not removed the
committee will remove & dispose of, without restitution. $50.00 fine if you
do not clean your site at year-end!
NO
BICYCLES ARE ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS AT ANY TIME.
That means on the campsites also. This is for the safety of the horses.
NO
RIDING ON THE GROUNDS AFTER DARK. [Except night shows]
NO
HORSES ALLOWED IN THE SAFETY FENCE AREA OR ARENA FOR TURN OUT.
Please
be sure your horses are good in fencing or stalls,
they must not be loose!
ABSOLUTELY
NO DUMPING OF GRAY WATER OR SEWAGE.
Any violation of this rule will result in loss of camping privileges.
DOGS
MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH
At
all times
Tied or attached to a person! Please be considerate and clean up
any Doggie Doo. This
is NOT optional!
If you are out riding dogs must be safely contained and QUIET.
All campfires must be in a contained approved fireplace. If in question
contact Bill Cole or Deb Cayer. If the fire danger is high, all fires will be
banned. There will be a notice posted on the secretary’s booth. Be sure to
check!
Children
under 18 cannot camp or be left alone at any time.
There must be a designated guardian and a liability waiver, signed by both the
parent[s] and the person accepting responsibility.

Generators:
Need
to be quiet; anyone asked by another camper to shut off a generator must do so
without question. Everyone’s level of noise acceptance is different. Please
respect this request.
