Official forms for collecting donations can be found at DOWNLOAD PLEDGE SHEET button here on our website.

Please bring the form and money to the ride.

The ride is a 14 mile loop; it will be well marked and has multiple water crossings for the horses to drink. The trail is varied terrain and some sections are gravel and rocky. Shoes or boots for horses are highly recommended.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or an official guardian at all times on the ride.

We have guardian forms available on the website which must be signed by the parent and guardian.

We will be sending riders out at intermittent times in small groups to help the BBQ site accommodate everyone as they arrive for their lunch. Please make a note on your form listing who you’ll be riding with to help us coordinate ride times.
Those driving from farthest away can arrive a bit later than those living nearby.

You may make arrangements for overnight camping for this event and will be asked to make a donation to the club for this convenience. (See the form)

Proof of current Coggins and Rabies is required.

Vaccinations: In accordance with Maine Law Title 7 M.R.S. Section 1820-A, Coggins and Rabies vaccinations are required for all horses on grounds as follows: Rabies vaccines every year. Coggins results with a “stabled-at” address outside of Maine are valid for a period of 1 year, while results with a “stabled-at” address inside of Maine are valid for a period of 3 years. Copies of such records for club files are expected to be mailed in advance of events/overnight stays and originals shown on at the time of arrival prior to unloading. Horses without the proper paperwork will not be allowed to participate in the day’s events or remain on grounds, so PLEASE be prepared! (In the event Maine Law governing horse vaccinations is amended, the most current law shall supersede this policy if different.)
