Frequently Asked Questions

Admission

All regular events such as Open, Versatility and Gymkhana Shows are always FREE for spectators. The public is welcome.

Parking

There is plenty of free parking for spectators available in the field at the head of the show ring. Horse trailer parking for participants is available on the opposite end of the grounds. Horse Trailers please use the second entrance on Airport Road.

Seating

Bleachers, benches, picnic tables and grass areas for lawn chairs are available for a good view of the show ring.

Bathroom Facilities

There are four outhouses equipped with toilet paper and hand sanitizer - two on each end of the show grounds.

Food Booth

Annette Cochran will be running the Gone Loco Cafe serving from Momma Cayer's Kitchen during our events this year. The menu will include many homemade, healthy items made with farm fresh, local ingredients! Menu options will vary with assorted Breakfast Items, Lunch Entrees, Sweets, Snacks, Hot Beverages & Cold Drinks to choose from. 

Horse Stalls

There is a 20-stall barn available free of charge, on a first come basis. Stalls must be cleaned after use. There are wheelbarrows and manure forks available. All manure must be dumped at the concrete pad (Behind the white fence to the right of the barn).

Water

There is non-potable water available for your horses drinking/bathing needs. 

Trails 

There are tons of trails from the grounds and we have several organized trail rides scheduled this summer. If you are a member, you are allowed to use the grounds at any time unless there is a show. Overnight Stays

We offer overnight stays (limited availability) for show events and seasonal overnights as a members benefit. Please contact Deb Cayer, Grounds Committee Chair grounds@ellisriverriders.com to learn more.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome on the grounds but must be under control and leashed at ALL times.

Points/ Rewards

Points are available to members in exchange for rewards. Members can earn points by volunteering/ participating or purchasing points throughout the season. Points can be redeemed for overnights stays, food booth items, etc. Click here to learn more.

Please check Wildfire Danger Report Daily.

E.R.R. is located in zone 4 on the map.

Fires on the grounds are strictly PROHIBITED if the danger class is above moderate.
