Benefits of Membership - Ellis River Riders is a non-profit family oriented organization that focuses on having a good time while training and competing with horses. When you join as a member of our family, you are entitled to overnight stay privileges on the showgrounds, subscription to The Horse's Maine & NH as well as the monthly Ellis River Riders Newsletter, and discounted entry fees at all competitions. Additionally, as a member, you will have a voice and voting powers in the operation of the organization.
When you submit your membership application online, you MUST include a valid email address. You will immediately receive a confirmation (opt-in) email from us (sent by MailChimp) to confirm your application and your email address. If you do not complete this step, your membership application will not process. If you don't notice it in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder.
If you purchase a family membership and each member of your family has their own email address, you should have EACH member of the family complete the membership application online. This way, EACH MEMBER will receive important membership communications from us. Otherwise, any communications will only go to the one address provided.
When multiple members of the same family submit online applications (under the same membership), continue on to the payment section only once. The way the system is designed, each unique email address will receive the option to pay their dues online. Only one email address per family membership need to make payment.
To avoid communications from Ellis River Riders processed through MailChimp ending up in your spam or junk folder, please add these two email address to your address book: admin@ellisriverriders.com and president@ellisriverriders.com
GMAIL USERS: If you did not receive your confirmation email after submitting your online membership application, check you PROMOTIONS folder (if you have one). Nevertheless, be sure to mark it as NOT JUNK and/or add: admin@ellisriverriders.com to your contact list.
Annual membership fees are $25 for a single membership or $30 for a family membership. Family membership includes husband, wife or significant other living in the same household and children supported by the household. Join now!
Once your membership application is processed, you will be sent a membership packet with all benefits.
After you submit the form, you will be provided a link to conveniently and securely pay for membership by debit or credit card. The process is quick, safe and easy!
